I know that some members have been trying to find this book and have had a problem. I ordered it from Amazon in August for £10.20. I had a message from Amazon saying that they were having a problem with it so I could cancel or wait. Soon afterwards I had another message saying that it will be delivered between 16th-18th Sept. I have also just seen it on Kindle for £4.99.
